Terms & Conditions

Your Quotation is offered in accordance with Formero Pty Ltd standard Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions are available on our website at https://formero.com.au/privacy-policy/. No other terms and conditions will apply whether contained in Customer purchase orders or order acknowledgments preceding or following the date of this Quotation. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no change to or modification of these terms shall be binding unless in writing and signed by an Executive Officer of Formero Pty Ltd.

Critical dimensions
Unless critical dimensions are specified, only bounding box dimensions of parts will be measured. The tolerance of multi jet fusion 3D printing is as printed +/- 0.3 mm/100mm and +/- 3% above 100mm.

Paint colours
Painting colours to be approved by customer via brush sample, but additional purchase of paints will incur an additional $50 colour change fee.

Authorization to Proceed
By pressing the ACCEPT button in your online quote, you are authorising to Proceed. Formero Pty Ltd & hereby authorises Formero Pty Ltd to begin the work specified herein, subject to Formero Pty Ltd Terms and Conditions and shall pay Formero Pty Ltd within the Terms for all work specified in this Formal Quotation. The Company will provide remittance of payment or credit card information to accounts@formero.com.au

Payment Terms: First order: COD/PRE-PAID - Payment via Credit card or EFT. Credit Terms 14NET and 30NET days
